Welcome to VirexoVPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") represent a legally binding agreement between you and VirexoVPN regarding your use of our Services. By accessing or using our application, you unconditionally agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

VirexoVPN provides infrastructure to secure your internet traffic and protect your privacy. You assume full legal responsibility for your actions while connected to our network. You explicitly agree NOT to use our Services to:

We utilize automated network defense systems. If our automated systems detect malicious abuse of our infrastructure that harms our network integrity, we reserve the right to instantly terminate your access and permanently ban your Device UUID without a refund.

2. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Refunds

VirexoVPN offers free ad-supported access and Premium paid subscriptions.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS-IS Basis)

VirexoVPN is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make NO representations or warranties of any kind, explicit or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, ultra-secure against all hypothetical cyber attacks, or error-free. We are not responsible for your internet service provider (ISP) throttling or blocking VPN connections.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIREXOVPN, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DATA LOSS, LOST PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VirexoVPN from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services for illicit purposes.

6. Governing Law & Class Action Waiver

These Terms shall be governed by standard international commercial law. You agree to resolve any disputes through binding, individual arbitration, and you explicitly waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against VirexoVPN.
