VirexoVPN ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy accurately describes our data practices when you use our mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described below.

To operate and maintain the Service, we collect minimal, anonymized data:

a) Anonymous Device Identifier (UUID) A randomly generated identifier is created on your first launch and stored only on your device. This UUID is used solely to:

b) Platform Information We collect whether your device runs Android or iOS. This is used for subscription management and ad targeting exclusion.

c) Anonymous Server Load Events When you connect to or disconnect from a VPN server, we send an anonymous signal containing only the server's ID (an integer). This signal is used exclusively to update real-time connection counters on our servers for load balancing. We do not store timestamps, session durations, or any user identifier alongside these events.

d) FCM Push Tokens (Optional) If push notifications are enabled on your device, a Firebase Cloud Messaging token may be collected to deliver critical service notifications. You can disable this at any time in your device's notification settings.

e) Anonymous Crash Reports Your operating system may generate anonymous crash logs through platform SDKs (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics) if the app crashes. These reports contain device model, OS version, and crash stack traces. They contain no personally identifiable information.

3. Third-Party Services

a) IP Address Display (ipify.org) When you are not connected to the VPN, we query api.ipify.org, a third-party public service, solely to display your current public IP address within the app. This query is made from your device directly; your IP is displayed on-screen only and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

b) Payment Processing (RevenueCat, Apple, Google) Premium subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never see, collect, or store your payment details.

c) Advertising (Google AdMob) — Free Plan Only Users on the Free Plan may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use non-personally-identifiable signals to serve relevant advertisements. Premium subscribers are completely excluded from all ad-serving networks. On Android 13+, AdMob does not access your Advertising ID unless you explicitly grant the AD_ID permission, which this application does not request.

4. WireGuard® Cryptographic Keys

All cryptographic keys used to establish your VPN tunnel via the WireGuard® protocol are generated in-memory (RAM) on your device. These keys are never written to disk and are permanently destroyed the moment you disconnect. We do not have access to your private keys at any point.

5. Law Enforcement & Data Requests

Because we do not store IP addresses, session logs, timestamps, or any data linking network activity to a specific user, we are technically incapable of providing user-specific connection data to any authority, even if legally compelled. We will comply with valid, legally binding court orders from competent jurisdictions, but we cannot hand over data we do not possess.
